Bigbang member T.O.P might be releasing his debut solo album as a soloist soon!
The idol, whose full name is Choi Seunghyun, will feature as the cover star on the March edition of the magazine Prestige Hong Kong. He shared a post from the magazine’s Instagram’s account to his own account on 2 March. The post featured an artistic collage of a portrait of T.O.P that is most probably the cover photo for the magazine and short text previews of the exclusive interview featured in the magazine in Japanese, Chinese and English.
The snippet hinted at T.O.P possibly releasing - or at the very least, discussing plans for a - debut solo album and fans already seem very excited about it. Additionally, the rapper will also talk about mental health and his love for art and music, and much more in the interview.
Here is what the English text read as:
After five years, T.O.P is back!
In Prestige Hong Kong’s March cover story, rapper Choi Seung Hyun - better known as T.O.P (@choi_seung_hyun_tttop) - breaks his silence about his lengthy disappearance from public view, discusses how his love for art and music have helped him overcome the more difficult periods of his life, opens up about his new-found passion for changing perceptions of mental health and prepares to reveal his future plans, which include a debut solo album.
Pre-order your copy from now until 7th March.
We can only find out about T.O.P’s plans in detail once the full interview comes out. Till then, tell us your thoughts on this in the comments below!
