November brand image rankings for girl groups have been released by the Korean Business Research Institute.
With a brand reputation index of 5,678,123 Blackpink maintained their spot at the top of the list in the month of November. The YG girl group had “world tour,” “Instagram,” and “concert” as the top-ranking phrases in their keyword analysis and “perform,” “record,” and “advertise” as their top-ranking related terms.
With a brand reputation index of 5,412,686, rookie girl group NewJeans climbed up to number two on the list this month which is a 71.0% increase in their index scores since October. While IVE maintained their third place spot on the list in November with a brand index score of 4,395,657. Twice and Girls’ Generation rounded up the top five spots at fourth and fifth places with a brand reputation index of 2,664,683 and 2,430,151, respectively.
The rankings were calculated using big data collected from 13 October to 13 November, and an examination of many girl groups’ consumer engagement, media coverage, communication, and community awareness indexes.
