September brand image rankings for girl groups have been released by the Korean Business Research Institute.
With a brand reputation index of 6,257,886 Blackpink is still topping this list in the month of September. Blackpink had “Pink Venom,” “sixth anniversary” and “YouTube” as the top-ranking phrases in their keyword analysis and “surpass” and “record” as their top-ranking related terms.
With a brand reputation index of 6,147,776, girl group IVE climbed up to number two on the list this month. This is a whopping 108.53% increase in their index score compared to last month. Girls’ Generation slid down one spot to be placed third on the list in September with a brand index score of 5,719,516. Twice and Oh My Girl rounded up the top five spots at fourth and fifth places, respectively.
The rankings were calculated using big data collected from 11 August to 11 September, and an examination of many girl groups’ consumer engagement, media coverage, communication, and community awareness indexes.
