May brand reputation rankings for boy groups have been released by the Korean Business Research Institute.
With a brand reputation index of 11,573,221, BTS topped the list this month. This month marks four full years of BTS conquering this chart - always ranking number one with their unbeatable brand reputation index numbers. They had “In the SEOM,” “Suga” and “Jungkook” as the top-ranking phrases in their keyword analysis, and “record,” “long-running” and “pre-book” as their top-ranking related terms.
With a brand reputation index of 5,004,703, Bigbang held onto the second spot on the list this month too. NCT climbed up to the third spot with an index of 2,470,840. Seventeen and Monsta X rounded up the top five spots at fourth and fifth places, respectively.
The rankings were calculated using big data collected from 7 April to 7 May, and an examination of many boy groups’ consumer engagement, media coverage, communication, and community awareness indexes.
