October brand reputation rankings for boy groups have been released by the Korean Business Research Institute.
With a brand reputation index of 9,511,195, BTS topped the list yet again in October. This is the 53rd consecutive week they have been atop this list. They had “concert,” “HYBE,” and “military service issue” as the top-ranking phrases in their keyword analysis, and “appear,” “perform,” and “reveal” as their top-ranking related terms.
With a brand reputation index of 3,814,2430, HYBE labelmates Seventeen also maintained their second place spot on the list this month. NCT rose up to the third place spot this month with an index of 3,233,041 which is a 6.47% increase compared to their index numbers last month. THE BOYZ and EXO rounded up the top five spots at fourth and fifth places with brand reputation indexes of 2,448,590 and 2,173,481, respectively.
The rankings were calculated using big data collected from 8 September to 8 October, and an examination of many boy groups’ consumer engagement, media coverage, communication, and community awareness indexes.
