April brand image rankings for girl groups have been released by the Korean Business Research Institute.
With a brand reputation index of 4,664,162 - which is an unbelievable 1029.794% more than their index last month, (G)I-dle got number one this month. They had “TOMBOY,” “Billboard” and “I NEVER DIE” as the top-ranking phrases in their keyword analysis and “powerful,” “participate” and “cheer on” as their top-ranking related terms.
With a brand reputation index of 4,492,548, Blackpink rose to second place on the list this month. Their brand reputation index increased 8.18% since March. Red Velvet came in third with an index of 4,124,272. Girls’ Generation and Twice rounded up the top five spots at fourth and fifth places, respectively.
The rankings were calculated using big data collected from 10 March to 10 April, and an examination of many girl groups’ consumer engagement, media coverage, communication, and community awareness indexes.
