Cube Entertainment has terminated their contract with former (G)I-dle member Soojin.
Soojin left the girl group back in August 2021 after a slew of bullying accusations. Some netizens came out accusing Soojin of bullying and mistreating them in school. Although Soojin and Cube Entertainment tried denying the rumors earlier on, the issue only got bigger once actress Seo Shin Ae also revealed that Sooji had mistreated her in school.
Cube Entertainment put out a statement on 5 March regarding Soojin’s contract termination.
(G)I-dle has recently announced a group comeback happening this month. The group been on a hiatus as a group for more than a year - ever since their last comeback in January 2021 with Hwaa.
