July brand reputation rankings for boy groups have been released by the Korean Business Research Institute.
With a brand reputation index of 5,786,587, BTS topped the list again this month. This is quite a decrease compared to the numbers they got in June - their brand index is a whopping 50.04% less than last month. They had “Proof,” “J-Hope” and “Jungkook” as the top-ranking phrases in their keyword analysis, and “promote,” “release” and “respond” as their top-ranking related terms.
With a brand reputation index of 3,911,076, Hybe labelmates Seventeen maintained their second place spot on the list this month. This marks an increase of 32.8% from their brand reputation index numbers last month. NCT climbed up to the third spot with an index of 2,326,899. Astro and Monsta X rounded up the top five spots at fourth and fifth places, respectively.
The rankings were calculated using big data collected from 9 June to 8 July, and an examination of many boy groups’ consumer engagement, media coverage, communication, and community awareness indexes.
