Former Secret Number member Denise reveals that she has departed from her group and label, Vine Entertainment.
Secret Number debuted in May 2020 with five members under the management of their label, Vine Entertainment. They later added two more members to the group in October 2021. Their debut song, Who Dis?, was well received by fans.
Denies has been on hiatus since September 2021 and did not participate in the group’s Fire Saturday comeback promotions. The reason behind this was revealed to be contract adjustments. Some fans believe that incident forecasted the news about her leaving the group and the company.
Denise took to her personal Instagram on 5 February to upload letters in Korean and English announcing her departure from Secret Number and Vine Entertainment.
Denise also uploaded a cover of Day6’s song, You Were Beautiful, to her eponymous Youtube channel with the title ‘A Gift For You’, and uploaded pictures of Secret Number with hearts to her Instagram stories following the announcement.
